About LM Property Operations
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Lisa, the founder of LM Property Operations, based in Hampshire. I have worked in the property industry since 2004, building extensive experience across estate agency, property management, and project management.
I began my career as an estate agent and lister, before moving into Block and Estate Management, where I progressed through several roles including Senior Property Manager in leasehold management and Area Manager for retirement developments, overseeing operations and managing a team of site managers.

More recently, I worked in project management for a construction and interior design company, delivering projects within commercial spaces and gaining valuable experience coordinating teams, timelines, and client expectations.
Through LM Property Operations, I now provide interim support to property businesses, helping organisations navigate recruitment gaps, support overstretched departments, and maintain high operational standards. My services include site inspections, property viewings, and operational support, bringing reliable, experienced assistance when it’s needed most.
