Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Lisa, the founder of LM Property Operations, based in Hampshire. I have worked in the property industry since 2004, building extensive experience across estate agency, property management, and project management.
I began my career as an estate agent and lister, before moving into Block and Estate Management, where I progressed through several roles including Senior Property Manager in leasehold management and Area Manager for retirement developments, overseeing operations and managing a team of site managers.

More recently, I worked in project management for a construction and interior design company, delivering projects within commercial spaces and gaining valuable experience coordinating teams, timelines, and client expectations.
Through LM Property Operations, I provide flexible, interim support to property businesses that need an extra pair of experienced hands without the commitment of a full-time employee. From covering recruitment gaps and supporting busy periods to helping with day-to-day organisation and operations, I provide reliable, hands-on assistance when and where it’s needed. Services include site inspections, property viewings, contractor coordination, administration and general operational support - helping you keep things organised and standards high.
